At The Packtale Co., most of our products can be personalised with your preferred name, message, or content. Please mention your desired text clearly in the personalisation box provided. Personalisation is available in two styles—non-foiled text, which is printed as per the design, and foiled text, which is printed in gold foil based on the product variant. The text will be printed exactly as entered by you, including any prefix or title. Please ensure correct spelling and grammar, as we do not take responsibility for errors submitted. Font selection is not customisable, as each product is pre-designed with a font that complements its aesthetic, and all personalisation will follow that design. No digital proof will be shared for approval, and all submissions are considered final. If you notice an error, please email us at contact@thepacktaleco.in within 4 hours of placing your order. We’ll do our best to accommodate changes if your order has not yet entered production. Once processing begins, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.
