What is The Packtale Co.'s policy on returns and exchanges?
At The Packtale Co., each item is crafted with care and attention to detail, upholding the quality our customers expect. As a general policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges for orders that have been fulfilled correctly and are in perfect condition. Products purchased during sales or with discounts are also not eligible for return unless found to have a major defect.
However, if you’ve received an incorrect or defective item, we’re here to help. Kindly email us at contact@thepacktaleco.in within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos and details of the issue.
If eligible, we’ll request that the item be sent back to us unused and in its original packaging. After reviewing the returned product, our quality team will initiate an exchange if possible, subject to availability. If a replacement isn’t available, you will receive a store credit for the product value.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
We truly regret any inconvenience this may cause. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours by emailing contact@thepacktaleco.in, along with images of the packaging and product.
As long as the item is unused and returned with proper documentation, we’ll either send a replacement or issue a full store credit/refund, depending on the situation and product availability.
Can I cancel my order?
• Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been processed or dispatched.
• Personalised or custom-made products are non-cancellable once the order is confirmed.
• We will do our best to accommodate your cancellation request, but it is not guaranteed if the order has already entered processing.
• To request a cancellation, please email us promptly at contact@thepacktaleco.in with your order details.
What is your refund policy?
• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed to the original payment method—credit/debit card or net banking.
• Refunds are typically issued within 10–12 working days from the date of approval.
• Please note that actual credit timelines may vary based on your bank’s processing schedule. While we initiate the refund promptly, any bank-related delays are unfortunately beyond our control.
