Order Processing & Dispatch
We process and dispatch all orders from our studio with care and efficiency.

Non-personalised items are usually shipped within 5-7 working days, provided they are in stock.

Personalised/custom orders are typically dispatched within 7-10 working days.
Please note: During festive seasons (Diwali, wedding months), product launches, or sale events, order processing may take a little longer due to increased demand.
Delivery Timelines

Domestic Deliveries (India): Once shipped, orders usually reach you within 5-7 working days, depending on your location and our delivery partner’s serviceability.

International Deliveries: Orders may take between 15-20 working days after dispatch, depending on the destination and customs clearance timelines.
If you require express delivery, we’d be happy to help—please reach out to our team before placing your order.
Note: We do not take responsibility for unforeseen delays caused by logistics partners or customs regulations in the destination country.
Shipping Charges

For domestic prepaid orders below ₹5,000, a flat shipping fee of ₹199 is applicable.

Orders above ₹5,000 qualify for free shipping within India.

COD is currently not available.

All applicable Indian taxes are included in the displayed product price.

Shipping charges (if any) are visible at checkout before completing your purchase.
Occasionally, we may run promotions that include free international shipping—details of such offers will override our standard policy during the promotional period.
Taxes & Duties
For Indian Customers:
All prices are inclusive of applicable GST and duties.
For International Customers:
Import duties, VAT, or other customs charges (if applicable) will be levied as per your country’s regulations. These are not included in the product or shipping price on our website. The shipping partner (e.g., DHL, FedEx, UPS) will provide you with a customs invoice where required.
In cases where international customers refuse to pay customs duties or fail to collect their parcel, no refunds will be issued.

Exceptions & Delivery Issues
While we strive for timely deliveries, there may be delays due to:

Inaccessible delivery locations

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

Customer unavailability or unresponsiveness

Force majeure events (natural disasters, lockdowns, etc.)
In such cases:

If the shipment is returned to us due to buyer unavailability or address issues, no refund or credit will be processed.

The order may be resent after re-payment of additional shipping and RTO (Return to Origin) charges.

In the rare case we are unable to deliver at all, we will cancel the order and issue a store credit or refund (for non-personalised products only).
We dispatch orders Monday through Friday (excluding public holidays). For urgent orders, we recommend contacting us before placing your order.
